- Order must weigh 7 pounds or less.
- Offer not valid on backorders, oversized or heavy items (cases of balls, demo racquets, etc.).
- Not valid on drop ship items. For example, stringing machines and ball machines.
- Orders do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. government holidays.
- Orders will be ready for shipment within 24 hours of order placement.
- Lone Star Tennis will call or email if there are any issues with the order.
- Please provide contact information where you can be reached quickly.
- Not responsible for weather-related delays.
- Tennis Balls and Ball Machines are excluded from free shipping.
Return Shipping free on orders over $75
- Lone Star Tennis will accept returns/exchanges up to 60 days from date of delivery.
- Orders over $75 (pre-tax and not including shipping) qualify.
- Lone Star Tennis will pay for 1 return per order, regardless of return or exchange.
- Excludes oversized and heavy items.
- Excludes warranty claims and drop ship items.
Returns
- Lone Star Tennis reserves the right to reject returns/exchanges that do not comply with the below criteria.
- Complete the Return/Exchange form and ship with the product.
- Return to Lone Star Tennis in the original packaging.

- Drop off package to FedEx
- Returns and exchanges are processed within 5 business days of receipt.
- Drop shipped items must be returned to the manufacturer. Contact Lone Star Tennis at 281-304-2197 to initiate a return.
- Items should be in the original packaging and in unused condition for us to process your returns/exchange.
- Apparel - must have the original tags still attached, be clean and not washed/laundered.
- Shoes – be worn only indoors, be clean and free of damage.
- Racquets – plastic must still be on the handle, free of scratches or other damage and no sign of use/ball fuzz
+ For returns/exchanges the price of the string will not be refunded.
+ If it is returned for an exchange the racquet will be shipped without strings. If you want it to be strung, include string type/gauge/tension and payment instructions with the return.
