These terms and conditions are entered into by and between Lone Star Tennis ("Us," "We" and "Our"), and the consumer ("You," and "Your"). These Terms & Conditions, with Our privacy policy, contain the terms and conditions that govern Your access to, and use of Our website. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your use of this website constitutes your agreement to comply with and be held to these Terms & Conditions. It is advisable for You to review these Terms & Conditions prior to using the website.

All products and information (including specifications, prices, etc.) on the Website are subject to change at any time without notice. Weights and dimensions are approximate and are provided for convenience. Lone Star Tennis makes reasonable efforts to ensure information on the Website is accurate.  From time to time information may be incomplete or inaccurate.  Some attributes or colors may be different than what is shown on the computer.  Products will come and go at any time on the Website.  There is no guarantee of restocking inventory.  Lone Star Tennis reserves the right to limit quantities and/or refuse to sell to any customer.  There may be cases where We require verification prior to acceptance or shipment of any order.

Shipping

When You place an order via the Website or over the phone, it will be shipped to the address You provide.  Once the shipment is handed over to the shipping carrier, it is no longer the responsibility of Lone Star Tennis.  It is Your responsibility to file claims to the shipping company for lost or missing items.

Lone Star Tennis does not assume any responsibility and is therefore not liable for any damages caused by malware or viruses that may affect your personal equipment as a result of using Our Website.  Lone Star Tennis owners, employees, retail partners/affiliates nor the website hosting company will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages that may be caused by accessing, using, downloading from the Website.  

Indemnity

You, the consumer, agree to indemnify and hold Lone Star Tennis, Our parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, content/service providers, employees, agents, directors, and officers harmless from any breach of these terms by You.  The aforementioned parties will have no liability for unauthorized use of the Website and therefore not be liable for any loss, damages, judgements, expenses or attorney fees.

These Terms of Use are the governing agreement between You and Lone Star Tennis.  The Website is administered by Lone Star Tennis, located in Harris County, Houston, Texas.  Any legal action necessary shall be brought to the courts in the State of Texas or the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.

Any trademarks on Our Website, either registered or unregistered, may be used without Our written permission.

Infringement on the copyright or intellectual property of others will not be tolerated.  Lone Star Tennis reserves the right to cancel or terminate user accounts at any time as a result.  If You believe that any information on Our Website infringes any copyright or valid intellectual property rights, please contact Lone Star Tennis and be prepared to provide the following information:  

1. What copyright or intellectual property right is allegedly be infringed upon;

Termination
